I've felt overwhelmed with work, household tasks, and family duties in my role as a fiancée, sister, daughter, and friend. Perhaps you've felt the same. But I've discovered that spending time in nature brings me immense comfort and helps me reconnect with my true self. Simple things like grounding myself, walking barefoot, and hugging trees have noticeably improved my well-being. I became intrigued and dived deep into the practice of forest bathing, learning about its scientific basis, incorporating it into my routine, and eventually passing on this knowledge to others by recognising the benefits.
